A nitrogen generator is a device that uses air as the raw material and separates oxygen and nitrogen through physical methods to obtain nitrogen gas.

Many manufacturing plants still rely on bottled or bulk liquid nitrogen as their primary gas source. But a growing number of industrial operators are switching to on-site PSA nitrogen generation.

The most compelling argument for transitioning to on-site nitrogen gas generators, however, lies in the long-term cost efficiency. While traditional cylinders require ongoing operational expenditures (OpEx) that compound year over year, a nitrogen generator represents a one-time capital investment with minimal recurring costs.
