Q21-Do you provide sample? Free or charge?
We provide existing samples for free, but freight will be on your side. For customized samples, we will charge a sample fee. After placing an order, we will refund the sample fee.

Our payment is 30% before production and 70% after B/L. It is considered as full payment.

How many days you need to install the equipment?
Installation of standard nitrogen generators and air compressors, including basic unit commissioning, takes 1-2 days; the entire process, including pipeline connections, power distribution, and system commissioning, typically takes 2-3 days. For large units or customized pipeline solutions, the construction period will be extended depending on the site conditions.
How many staff abroad you sent to install the equipment?
As stipulated in the contract. For general overseas equipment installations, we can dispatch 1-3 professional technicians, including mechanical and electrical commissioning engineers, as needed. For large-scale nitrogen generator/air compressor complete sets of projects, we will dispatch additional personnel to ensure the installation progress, conduct standardized construction throughout the process, and ensure the equipment is put into production quickly. Costs are calculated separately.
You have sales target finished amount requirement to the distributor?
To become our distributor, you need to achieve an annual sales target of over $30,000. We offer flexible cooperation policies for nitrogen generators and air compressors to help our overseas partners expand into local markets and achieve stable profitability.
Can I transfer the money to you then you pay to other supplier?
This payment method is acceptable. You can make the payment to us, and we will handle the settlement of payments to other suppliers on your behalf. We will maintain a standardized and transparent accounting process to ensure clear and transparent fund flows, which is suitable for overseas procurement processes of nitrogen generators and air compressors.
Can I delivery the goods from other supplier to your factory? Then load together?
This operating method is acceptable. When will you leave your factory and to have your spring festival holidays?
Our company will be closed for 15 days during the Spring Festival holiday, during which equipment production, delivery, and on-site installation services will be suspended. We will make reasonable production and inventory arrangements before and after the holiday, coordinate the delivery of nitrogen generator and air compressor orders in advance, and resume work as soon as possible after the holiday to ensure the normal progress of overseas customer projects.
Can the equipment be installed under hot weather?

Do you provide sample? Free or charge?
Samples can be provided, but a fee applies. If you place a bulk order later, the sample fee can be deducted from the purchase price as agreed.
What is your term of payment?
"We accept full payment upfront, and can sign formal foreign trade contracts. We support wire transfer (T/T) settlement. For long-term clients, we can negotiate a flexible payment plan: 30% deposit + balance payment before shipment."
What is your MOQ?
Our minimum order quantity is 1 set, and we support customized purchases for single units. It is suitable for project trials, small factory use, or agent trial orders.
