Industrial Nitrogen Generator Improves Kettle Welding Quality with Outstanding On-Site Trial Results

We recently visited a kettle manufacturing plant where the client had previously been using bottled liquid nitrogen for welding; footage clearly showed yellowing and oxidation at the weld seams, resulting in a poor finish on the final products.

After installing and commissioning our nitrogen generator on-site, the weld seams appeared bright and clean—free from yellowing or defects—and the overall quality of the finished products improved significantly.

The production supervisor was highly satisfied after comparing the results firsthand; a video documenting the entire comparison between the old and new processes has been preserved for promotional use.
