Daily Maintenance and Care Guidelines for Nitrogen Generation Equipment

Every day

1. Check the precision filter at scheduled intervals for each shift.
(1) Verify whether the automatic blowdown valve is discharging properly; if any abnormality is detected, manually discharge immediately and repair or replace the automatic blowdown valve.
(2) Ensure the differential pressure gauge pointer is within the green zone; if it enters the red zone, replace the air filter element.
2. Check the exhaust muffler at scheduled intervals to ensure proper venting. If black carbon powder is discharged from the muffler outlet, this indicates carbon molecular sieve degradation—immediately shut down the unit and perform maintenance. 3. Clean dust and debris from the surface of the nitrogen generator equipment.
4. Regularly check whether the inlet pressure, temperature, dew point, flow rate, and oil content of the compressed air are within normal ranges.
5. Periodically inspect instrument readings; if abnormalities occur, analyze the fault and take corrective action.
6. Check whether the pressure drop across the air source trio in the control pneumatic circuit is normal.

Every three months

inspect the entire nitrogen generator for sealing performance using soapy water.
Every six months,
check whether the pneumatic valves of the nitrogen generator are operating properly.

Annually

1. Replace the oxygen electrode of the nitrogen analyzer on the nitrogen generator.
2. Replace the filter element in the air precision filter.
3. Calibrate the flow meter.
4. Calibrate the oxygen analyzer.
5. Test and calibrate safety valves and pressure gauges according to national regulations.
6. Replace the activated carbon in the oil remover.

Guangdong Yili Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. The nitrogen generation equipment produces nitrogen on-site, with real-time online display of flow rate, purity, and pressure. It allows setting alarms for flow rate, pressure, and purity. The advanced control system simplifies operation, enabling truly unattended operation and monitoring, as well as remote automated control. It provides real-time monitoring of various operating conditions, ensuring stable nitrogen flow rate, purity, and pressure.
