The compressor unit and air tank are firmly fixed on an integrated base frame. All internal piping assembly and strict air tightness testing are fully completed in the factory before delivery. On-site installation is extremely convenient — users only need to connect the power supply and air outlet pipeline to start formal operation.
Equipped with a high-efficiency IE4 premium permanent magnet synchronous motor, the intelligent VSD system automatically adjusts the motor operating speed according to real-time air consumption, avoiding unnecessary energy waste.
Field practical tests verify that, under 0.8 MPa working pressure and 60% operating load, the 7.5kW VSD model saves 1.8 kWh of electricity per hour when compared with conventional fixed-speed piston compressors of the same power specification, delivering remarkable long-term energy-saving benefits.
We provide both 220V single-phase and 380V three-phase versions, with a stable air displacement ranging from 0.8 to 1.0 m³/min. The 220V single-phase model is particularly suitable for auto repair workshops, small processing workshops, and home-based factories without three-phase power access.

1. All incoming raw material batches are strictly inspected by the in-house Quality Control Center. Qualified materials are handed over to the Warehousing and Logistics Department for standardized storage. Unqualified raw materials are directly rejected and returned to suppliers.
2. On-site quality inspectors conduct real-time quality checks throughout the entire production process. Products that meet quality standards continue with subsequent production procedures and are sampled for professional performance testing. Disqualified products require technical adjustment or immediate production suspension. All finished products undergo 100% full inspection, and only fully qualified products are allowed to enter the next production process.
3. All products that fail to meet inspection standards are classified as defective products and isolated in accordance with quality management regulations.
4. At the end of each production shift, inspectors carry out comprehensive final inspection on all products produced during the shift. Qualified products are approved for warehouse storage. Unqualified products are sent for rework and secondary inspection. Products that pass re-inspection will be stored, while persistent non-conforming products will be classified as defective goods.
5. Before delivery, every product batch undergoes strict final outgoing quality inspection. Only fully qualified products are approved for shipment. Any unqualified products are identified as defective and will never be delivered to customers.
Q: What are the differences between the 220V and 380V models?
A: The core difference lies in power supply: the 220V model adopts single-phase power supply, whereas the 380V version requires three-phase power. In terms of air output, the flow rate of the 220V unit with the same rated power is around 15%–20% lower than the 380V counterpart, caused by the slightly lower operating efficiency of single-phase motors.
Q: Does the unit really only produce 63 decibels of noise?
A: When measured 1 meter away from the fully loaded 7.5kW compressor, the noise level ranges from 63 to 65 dB(A), comparable to the volume of daily face-to-face conversation. Placed in a workshop corner, it barely distributes regular work and communication.
