The Elilyi 7.5kW 8 Bar Tank Mounted VSD Single Stage Air Compressor features a fully integrated design, combining the compressor unit and air receiver tank into a single system capable of supplying air at 0.8 MPa. The main compressor unit and the air receiver are rigidly mounted on a shared base; all internal piping connections and airtightness tests are completed at the factory prior to shipment. Users need only connect the power supply and the air outlet pipe to begin operation. Equipped with an IE4-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor, the unit's variable frequency drive automatically adjusts motor speed based on real-time air demand. Field tests on the 7.5kW model—operating at 0.8 MPa under a 60% load—demonstrated energy savings of 1.8 kWh per hour compared to standard fixed-frequency piston compressors of equivalent specifications.

For low-power dual-function models, we have established a dedicated production and testing line. Each unit undergoes a 30-minute full-system test with the air tank installed (including pressure retention, temperature rise, noise, and vibration) before leaving the factory. The air storage tanks are nationally certified pressure vessels, equipped with supervision inspection certificates, ensuring safety and compliance.
1. Upon arrival of each batch of raw materials, the Quality Control Center conducts inspection. Materials that pass inspection are notified to the Warehousing and Logistics Department for storage, while those failing inspection are returned.
2. When production begins, on-site quality inspectors conduct checks. Products passing inspection proceed with normal production and samples are sent for performance testing; products failing inspection require adjustment or shutdown. The inspector performs 100% inspection of produced items, and only those passing inspection continue production.
3. Non-conforming products are treated as defective goods.
4. At the end of each shift, the quality inspector performs a final inspection of the products manufactured during that shift. Products passing inspection are approved for storage; those failing inspection undergo rework and are re-inspected. If they pass, they are stored; if not, they are treated as defective goods.
5. Prior to shipment, each batch of product undergoes final outgoing inspection. Products passing inspection are released for shipment; those failing inspection are treated as defective goods.
What are the differences between the 220V and 380V versions?
Main differences: The 220V version uses single-phase electricity, while the 380V version requires three-phase electricity. In terms of output capacity, the 220V version with the same power is slightly lower by about 15-20% compared to the 380V version (the efficiency of the single-phase motor is slightly lower).
2. Is the noise really only 63 decibels?
When measured at a distance of 1 meter from the machine, for a 7.5KW model operating at full load, the noise level is approximately 63-65 dB(A). This is equivalent to the volume of normal conversation between two people. Placed in the corner of the workshop, it basically does not affect normal work and communication.
3. Will the two-in-one gas storage tank explode?
Absolutely not. The gas storage tank is a nationally certified pressure vessel, with a design pressure that is 1.5 times the maximum operating pressure. Each unit undergoes a pressure retention test before leaving the factory. Moreover, it is equipped with a safety valve, and if the pressure exceeds the limit, it will automatically release the pressure. Please rest assured to use it.
4. Can it be controlled remotely via a mobile phone?
The standard controller supports local settings and display, but does not support remote control via mobile app. If you need remote start/stop or data monitoring, an IoT module can be selected. For details, please contact the sales department.
5. What should I do if it breaks down during the warranty period?
First, call the after-sales service. We will conduct a remote diagnosis. If replacement is needed, the spare parts will be sent to you by express. The whole machine is covered by a one-year warranty and the main unit by a three-year warranty.
7. Can we conduct a machine test or get a refund?
Factory test service is supported (at the Dongguan headquarters). For the machines that have been dispatched, since they are customized with specific configurations, returns due to non-quality issues are not supported without prior reason. However, we can provide solutions such as remote video guidance or accessory re-delivery to address your problems.
