PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) Technology

PSA nitrogen generation adopts high-performance carbon molecular sieve to selectively adsorb oxygen from compressed air. By repeating pressure adsorption and depressurization desorption cycles, the system efficiently separates and outputs high-purity nitrogen steadily at room temperature.

This technology requires no high-temperature operation, featuring a simple process flow and compact equipment layout. It saves floor space, enables fast startup and instant gas output, and delivers low power consumption, low running costs, and high automation for continuous unmanned production.


Membrane Separation Technology

This 5 m³/h welding mini nitrogen generator applies hollow fiber membrane separation technology. It separates nitrogen and oxygen by leveraging their different permeation speeds through the membrane element, achieving fast nitrogen output with a simple equipment structure.
