Air flow data of the 15kW model under different pressures:
0.7 MPa → 2.4 m³/min; 0.8 MPa → 2.3 m³/min; 1.0 MPa → 2.0 m³/min; 1.3 MPa → 1.7 m³/min.
Custom solutions supporting 1.6 MPa or even 2.0 MPa are available via matched airend and motor speed adjustment.
This series serves as an ideal replacement for piston compressors in high-pressure scenarios including bottle blowing. Clients speak highly of its stable pressure performance and remarkable energy reduction.
II. PM VSD High-Efficiency Design, Low Energy Consumption Under High Pressure
The 15kW custom high-pressure PM VSD air compressor (series range:7.5kW–75kW) is fitted with IE4 permanent magnet synchronous motor and VFD supporting 0–100% stepless speed regulation.
When air demand drops, the unit automatically reduces operating frequency and avoids energy waste from frequent loading/unloading of piston compressors.
Actual operation data: under 1.3 MPa working pressure with 1.5 m³/min air consumption, it saves around 3 kWh per hour compared with a 7.5kW piston compressor, cutting annual power expenses by over 6,000 RMB, with an ROI period of 6–12 months.
III. Forced Air Cooling & Enlarged Radiator, Stable Continuous High-Pressure Operation
High-pressure compression brings high compression ratio and massive heat generation. This series is equipped with a plate-fin radiator 20% larger than standard units together with high-efficiency cooling fans.
In practical tests under 35°C ambient temperature and continuous 1.3MPa load, discharge temperature stays steadily below 85°C. A built-in temperature protection switch triggers automatic alarm and shutdown once overheating occurs.
Compared with piston compressors, the screw structure delivers better durability for long-duration high-pressure operation and prevents overheating-induced cylinder overheating failures.
IV. Low Noise & Low Vibration, No Dedicated Soundproof Room Needed
Operating noise reaches only 65 dB(A), similar to daily conversation volume. The low-noise optimized screw airend, internal sound-absorbing cotton and vibration isolation pads jointly suppress noise and vibration.
The compressor can be installed beside production lines directly without separate compressor rooms, saving construction costs. It is widely adopted in noise-sensitive workshops such as glass cutting factories.
V. Strict Factory Testing to Guarantee High-Pressure Safety
Each high-pressure unit passes a 1.3-times rated pressure air tightness test and a 4-hour full-load temperature rise test before delivery.
Thickened seamless steel pipes and special high-pressure fittings are used for the pipeline system. Standard triple safety protection consists of safety valve, pressure sensor and pressure relief valve.
Warranty policy: 1-year warranty for the whole machine and 3-year warranty for the airend.

Note: If operating pressure above 1.6 MPa is required, please clearly state your requirements when placing the order. We will upgrade the airend and pipeline components to high-pressure specifications accordingly. The lead time for such customization is about 7–10 working days.
PET Bottle Blowing Industry: For molding beverage bottles, oil bottles and cosmetic containers that demand stable 1.6–2.0 MPa high-pressure air supply. Customization up to 2.0 MPa is available. It reduces noise by more than 30 dB in contrast to piston compressors.
Glass Cutting & Drilling: Provides high-pressure auxiliary airflow for cutting and cooling during glass drilling. Scenarios with strict requirements on pressure stability. VFD control limits pressure fluctuation within ±0.02 MPa.
High-Pressure Laser Cutting: Several multi-kilowatt laser cutting machines need 1.6 MPa auxiliary air. Models of 22kW and above within this series are ideal for such working conditions.
High-Pressure & Airtightness Testing: Supplies continuous stable high-pressure air for factory inspection of valves, pipelines and pressure vessels.

Confirm Actual Maximum Working Pressure
Oversized pressure margin is not advised. Under fixed power, airflow output drops by roughly 8% for every 0.1 MPa pressure increase. Kindly offer your exact pressure demand, and we will work out the most suitable equipment configuration for you.
Pressure Grade of Pipeline System
Our factory-supplied unit complies with corresponding pressure standards. Nevertheless, customer-provided air receivers, pipelines and valves need to reach the identical pressure rating. Matching high-pressure air receivers with official inspection certificates are available from us upon request.
Cooling Environment
High-pressure operation produces substantial heat. Make sure the installation location enjoys adequate ventilation, or prepare dedicated cooling air ducts.
Lubricant Specification
High-pressure units are equipped with synthetic lubricant as standard. It features excellent anti-oxidation performance, extending the oil replacement cycle up to 3,000 working hours.
Custom 15kW High Pressure PM VSD Air Compressor (7.5kW–75kW series) is packed in reinforced wooden crates with shock-absorbing foam inside. All pipe connectors are fitted with dust caps to stop impurities from entering during transportation. Domestic goods are delivered by dedicated transport trucks.

Q: Can this Custom 15kW High Pressure PM VSD Air Compressor (7.5kW to 75kW) reach 2.0 MPa?
A: The standard maximum pressure of the 15kW model is 1.3 MPa. We can upgrade it to 1.6 MPa or even 2.0 MPa by adopting high-pressure airend and reinforced piping system. Please be aware that higher pressure will reduce airflow output. Contact our sales team and offer your exact air consumption demand to obtain accurate parameters.
Q: Do high-pressure air compressors suffer higher failure rates?
A: All Elily custom high-pressure compressors adopt reinforced configurations including upgraded airend, bearings, pipelines and cooling systems. We have served the high-pressure compressor market for years with a failure rate below 2%. Core parts are equipped with SKF bearings and imported sealing components. If maintained in accordance with official operation manuals, stable operation for at least 3 years can be guaranteed.
Q: Is the noise level only 65 dB?
A: Actual full-load testing under 1.3MPa working pressure at 1-meter distance shows noise reaches 65–67 dB(A). It is far quieter than piston compressors. No independent soundproof compressor room is required, and the unit can be placed directly inside the workshop.
Q: Can you customize different voltages and frequencies?
A: Yes. We support customized voltage (220V, 380V, 400V, 415V, 440V etc.) and 50Hz/60Hz frequency to satisfy standards of different countries. Please state your power requirements when placing orders.
Q: Can we arrange a machine trial run or visit existing project sites?
A: Site visits to our existing customer installations are available by appointment. We can also provide real operation videos and on-site working photos of high-pressure units.
