Instead of the wasteful solution of high-pressure compressors matched with pressure reducing valves, the airend rotor profile, clearances and piping are optimized for low-pressure operation. It directly outputs 3–6 bar compressed air and removes throttling energy loss, cutting power consumption by 20%–30%. Working pressure is adjustable between 0.3–0.6 MPa to precisely fit production processes.
II. 75kW Direct-Drive System for Stable Continuous Operation
Powered by a 380V/50Hz industrial asynchronous motor with flexible direct-drive connection, the unit achieves full transmission efficiency without belt energy loss.
