Elily’s 7.5kW–75kW High-Pressure Fixed-Speed Rotary Screw Air Compressors support customizable working pressure from 10–20 bar. Adopting stable direct-drive fixed-speed operation, these units deliver consistent continuous high-pressure performance for long-term industrial use.

Customizable High-Pressure Performance

Different from conventional 8-bar standard compressors, this full series features fully reinforced high-pressure airend and piping structures. All models support customized pressure of 1.0–2.0 MPa and pass strict 1.3-times rated pressure airtightness testing before delivery.

Fixed-speed operation ensures fluctuation-free high-pressure airflow without frequent parameter adjustment, perfectly matching constant-pressure processes such as PET bottle blowing, glass cutting and precision airtightness inspection.

Industrial-Grade Fixed-Speed Motor

Equipped with IP54 protected, Class F insulated high-efficiency industrial motors, all units run on standard 380V/50Hz power with direct-drive design. Without vulnerable VFD components, the simple mechanical structure adapts excellently to high-temperature, dusty and humid harsh workshop environments, delivering low failure rate and stable long-term operation.

Upgraded Heat Dissipation System

High-pressure compression generates greater heat, so our units adopt a 25% enlarged plate-fin radiator and high-efficiency cooling fan. Under 38°C ambient temperature and 1.6 MPa full-load continuous operation, the discharge temperature stays below 88°C.

Built-in overheat protection enables automatic alarm and shutdown to avoid motor burnout. Compared with easily overheated piston compressors, the screw structure adapts better to non-stop high-pressure working conditions, with no extra thermal stress from variable speed switching.

Full-Range Safety Protection

Every high-pressure compressor undergoes 1.3-times pressure holding testing and 4-hour full-load thermal testing before shipment. Fitted with thickened seamless steel pipes and high-pressure fittings, the unit integrates triple safety protection: safety valve, pressure sensor and pressure relief valve.

The intelligent microcomputer controller monitors temperature, pressure and current in real time, triggering automatic alarm and shutdown for abnormal conditions to ensure operational safety.
